Ist es nicht so warm dass man total schwitzt wenn man in so einem warmen Land wie Portugal mit einem Hijab und den Klamotten die du auf dem Bild trägst umherläuft? Ist ne ernstgemeinte Frage :D

You're so cultured, Masha-Allah. The only places we've both been are Turkey and Tunis (I'm there now, and it's such an amazing capital city).

Wow, you seem to go everywhere! Come visit Moscow, where I am, haha. (The city with the most Muslims in Europe, might I add.)

Moscow is wonderful. Beautiful sites, cheap and delicious food, and really great people. There's still Islamophobia here, unfortunately, but mostly only from the older people and misguided feminists (a lot of feminists view Islam as oppressive and misogynistic, unfortunately). It gives a lot of opportunities to set an example through kind words and peaceful actions, though. A few people I know here have changed their minds about Islam because they took the time to understand me. Inshallah, more people all over the world will see us as equals. :)

Story time: A few weeks ago, I was buying food in the cafeteria of my Russian university. Russians really love pork, and there wasn't anything that night without pork. One of the older cafeteria workers saw I was Muslim because of my hijab, and she told me she would cook up a batch of chicken and tell me when it was ready. It was so sweet of her! I was really touched. I wish more people were like her.

I'd love to visit Germany one day. My fiancé loves Berlin. He'd have to translate everything for me, since I don't speak a word of German, haha.
