Hehe, maybe. Although this one was more inspired by Thompson.
Yes, i read "Habibi". Awesome artwork, he is genious in his job. However I personally didn't like the extreme focus on sexuality. But he seems to have a spcial connection to this topic in nearly all his works..

Sure, isn't it obivious? :D He even told that in some interviews I watched on youtube. And one of his upcoming comics is an erotic one. Just take a look on his blog. Anyway: his work is astonishing and his work are very importsnt for the whole comic industry!

That's true. He fell in love with ornaments when he went to maroc ^^
Concerning the prophets: At least he did it in a respectful way and even avoided drawing Prophet Muhammad (s). I really appreciate that.
