Dear Deviants,
I just checked: My last journal entry was six mounths ago!
Very much happened since then, the most important news being: My very own website tuffix.net is online! Finally!
It took me ages.. no, it took me literally a whole year after my announcement to finally get it online. And there are STILL things not working. But anyhow, I am so happy and glad to finally have taken this step. I felt like it's all much more organised this way. Many many thanks to Serkan Zarasiz who helped me build it all up, may God bless him and his lovely family!

New Project #callforstories

I have started an exciting project on instagram: I invite you to remember the last time you were deeply touched or saddened or full of laughter. Share that moment/incident with me (here, on IG, fb or mail to hello@tuffix.net). I will pick a few to make comics out of them (and of course tag you if you don't mind). So that we co-create stories that can strengthen our empathy and understanding and eventually bring us all closer to each other. It might sound cheesy ut if there is one thing that I have learned through my art than it is: Empathy through storytelling is stronger than any debate.

Hope you are all doing well. It's been such a long time. I was contacted by one of my former deviant art-followers on instagram today and I thought I might check my account here again.
So much has happened since I have been active here: I finished my Master's in Psychology, I got married, I moved to Dublin I got a job 2 years ago in an amazing nonprofit leadership academy and: I left my job to focus on my art! I am extremely excited to be back drawing, I have so much energy, so much time and passion. So I might even be able to come back where it all began: Deviantart! Depe
Experiences with creating online shops?

as you know, I've launched my own website a few months ago: www.tuffix.net
Now, I am thinking about embedding an online shop. I read about the wordpress plugin WooCommerce. Does anybody work with that? Especially someone from Germay (thinking about the legal framework..)?

Dear Deviants,
where shall I start....
Those of you who are following me on facebook (Soufeina Tuffix Ha) will know that there is so much going on, lately. Besides working at a local company while preparing my master's thesis, this all happened the last months (art-related of course):
After my latest journal entry there were more interviews: "Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung", "Hamburger Abendblatt", "Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung" , "Spiegel Online", Turkish Newspaper "Zaman", two times in the "taz", "Islamische Zeitung" and "ZeitCampus".
I gave lectures at an event in Darmstadt, a school in Saarlouis and a church in Osnabrück.
